The Blind Guys & Designing Women has been serving the Kansas City metro area since 1991.  It began with a love of creating personalized, beautiful spaces for families to feel more at home with their own unique styles surrounding them.  The founder, Sabrina Garrison, and ASID Allied Member, saw how the effects of transforming a space into aesthetically pleasing areas changed the very mood and dynamics of a home’s inhabitants and has been addicted to these transformations ever since!   “I really listen to my clients, what they’re saying and even not saying, and I pick up on subtle nuances that allow me to almost intuitively design the perfect space for each of my clients and, so far, they’re very appreciative of the work I’ve done.  I feel very blessed to have a 20-year career that allows me to use my love of design to transform other’s living spaces and lives,” she says.

We carry nine manufacturers of window coverings, shutters, draperies, fabrics for upholstery work or bedspreads, solar film and decorative film.  We are Kansas City’s Hunter Douglas Repair Center for window covering and we offer OnSite Fabric Care to take care of your finest shades, draperies, bedding, and upholstery.  Your wet or dry clean products never even leave your home or the windows they’re in!  We can also offer fire retardant and scotch guard treatment of any fabrics as well.
