So…every once in a while there’s an issue with your window coverings that you just can’t seem to fix.  We’re here for you!

As Hunter Douglas’ Showcase Dealer & Repair Center for Kansas City, we provide comprehensive repair services for dealers, clients, and consumers in general.  So, whether you’ve been a client of ours or are another dealer, we are the company to contact for your repair needs.

We repair all warranted and non-warranted products whether they’re the Hunter Douglas brand or another brand like Comfortex, Timberblinds, Graber, Springs, Kathy Ireland, or some other brand altogether!  You may also purchase parts through us.  We carry many parts in stock!

For Dealers:  No more boxing it up and sending it out!  Call Hunter Douglas directly and get an RA for your client’s products to be serviced and warranted then contact us to let us know what your needs are.  Clients products can be repaired in-home or in our store.  We offer pick up and re-install as well.

For Clients/Consumers:  Contact us directly to see if an RA can be requested on your behalf.  If not, we can still service your products but there will be a fee associated with the repair.
